Common Questions

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on Sundays are dispatched the next business day.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order details.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. WhatsApp us immediately and we'll update the address.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We sincerely apologise. WhatsApp us with a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Do you ship internationally?
